2002 Mendocino County Cabernet Ok, you're making dinner or going out... You want a good wine to have with pasta
or that big steak you'll sneak past the doctor. This is the ticket. Bright, complex and just a touch of sweetness
to make it, well... go down like it was just meant to be. This Mendocino
Cabernet is blended with a wild variety of things. It's got Zin, Syrah, Petite Sirah, some Carignane, Merlot, a splash
of Cab Franc and Petite Verdot. Good with just about anything (Broccoli Beef from Yuet Lee in Chinatown comes to mind). We were after an "old-timey wine" and think we hit pretty
close to the zone. How about with Toll House Cookies? Who knows? We like to think that if you like it, it's
good! Check it out and let us know what you think it goes best with... We may start a cab/food blog..hmmm.. Alcohol ~ 14.5% SOLD OUT (but look for it at
local outlets) / 750 ml 180 cases (were) produced
